Accelify presents a streamlined approach for clients to efficiently transfer student documents directly from their mobile devices, enhancing document management capabilities.

The process is straightforward, consisting of three key steps:

1. Scan the QR code found on system-generated documents or displayed within the system for a specific student record.
2. Next, scan the required document.
3. Finally, click 'send' to automatically associate the document with the corresponding Accelify student record.

• Accelify QR Codes - Utilize specially generated QR codes to efficiently direct scanned documents to the relevant student records.
• Auto Mode - This feature automatically detects document boundaries and captures images with optimal perspective, streamlining the scanning process.
• Manual Mode - Users have the flexibility to manually adjust document boundaries, along with options to crop, rotate, and undo edits as needed.
• Color Modes - Documents can be scanned in various formats including color, grayscale, or black and white depending on user preference.
• Multipage Scanning - The ability to scan multiple pages simultaneously and reorder them as necessary adds a layer of versatility.
